It’s refreshing to see you are 6 month checker-in. I just wrote about checking in, reassessing and moving forward to stay on track.
I checked Health on your post. Start with health. If you have your health everything else falls into better perspective and you have the mojo to march forward.
Being a new mum takes time. The first year is the hardest. It is such a physical and spiritual adjustment. Honour it. I know honoring what your body lacks paying the bills but it is an incredible feat. It takes a lot to make, deliver, feed and nurture a baby.
When you go to the doctors have them run a urinary MMA, (it tests how your body is breaking down B12) serum B12 is not a true marker of what your body is running on. Have them check your B6 and folic acid acid. Typically when we feel a dullness, low energy lack of ompf and not as driven as we once were it can be low B vitamins. And having a baby these are hit hard.
We have to remember that our babies come first and they take first priority - even if our reserves were only a 1/4 full to begin with.
Have your amino acids tested too. Amino acids are our vitality, mojo, clear thoughts, mood lifters and kick-in-the-ass get-things-done clarity boosters.
I find 99% of my clients are low in B vitamins and Lysine. They start taking these and life seems brighter, optimistic and their strength returns.
If you are fortunate to have an open-minded doctor have them run a lab called OMX plasma plus urine by Diagnostic Solutions. It shows how your body is utilizing the foods you are eating and shows deficiencies that might be stealing your mojo.
Oh and if you are taking B vitamins and still feeling the low energy and dullness it might be a genetic SNP- meaning you need specific types of B vitamins. And perhaps depending on your genes may need more specific nutrients than the average person. Looking at your gene data can reveal little secret tricks to get you feeling awesome all the time.
I have found with my own journey starting with heath which of course follows eating good nutritious food every thing else falls into place.
Thank you for this! You always inspire. Xo Diánna
Love
